The Markmont. Classic is Mark's interpretation of the Duncan Butterfly yo-yo.
It is truly a full size throw, and sports a new Markmont. Next inspired Side Effects.
This yo-yo is no nonsense, no bells and whistles and has nothing unnecessary.
It plays fun and relaxed; right in that sweet spot of stable but fast and maneuverable.
It is everything it needs to be with no less. At least 10 prototypes worth of whittling down to 1 yo-yo that was well worth the work.
Often times people think that designs or ideas that are ‘simple’ are ‘easy’, but in fact being ‘simple’ is more difficult then being complex.
Simple is accomplishing the most dense complexity with the least.
