Description

This is a replacement shaft specifically for the Blue-and-white Flycatcher spinning top.

We also offer a service where you can send us your spindle with the bent shaft, and we will replace it. Please contact us via the inquiry form. (This service is the same as purchasing the shaft normally, and the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.)

While it is possible to assemble these with a certain level of quality using a lathe and special tools, it is not something that anyone can easily attach or detach.

This is not sold as an easy-to-use replacement part, but rather as a research part for modification, intended for those with advanced machining skills to adjust the shaft's fit. (Please note that installation is at your own risk.)

If you need to replace a completely bent shaft, you will need to prepare a press machine and create a shaft removal tool beforehand.

Some people seem to be using a method of gripping and twisting the shaft with a drill, but this is not recommended as it deforms the shaft hole.

Also, when inserting the axle, hammering it will generally cause it to wobble. Therefore, please use a stand that can hold the top in place (something with a hole and indentation in the middle) and gradually insert or tap it in using your ingenuity.

Forcing or removing the axle by hand will not only prevent the axle from moving but can also cause unexpected accidents.

Please only attempt this modification if you are able to take responsibility for the results.

Please absolutely do not insert or remove the axle by stepping on it with your feet, as this is extremely dangerous.
